The vacation home is generously designed. The open living-dining area with its generous window fronts, stretched over two floors, forms the center of the villa and offers unique views of the surrounding nature. In addition, there are plenty of retreats to work or simply let your mind wander.

LIVING

Living and Dining Room

The spacious living and dining area is the heart of the accommodation. Through the large glass fronts you can enjoy fantastic views from all areas.

The furnishings are functional and cozy, in the spirit of sustainability quite deliberately with antique pieces complemented by a modern aesthetic. For the cold season and as a cozy eye-catcher, there is a wooden fireplace with glass panel.

The media area consists of a television and a 5.1 audio system. Popular streaming apps like Netflix and Spotify can access the TV and audio system, respectively, directly from the app.

The dining table generously seats 8 people. For larger groups, located just a few feet away, the kitchen table can be used additionally as a children’s table, for example. A high chair for small children is available.

All year round, the combined heat pump and air conditioning in the living room ensures pleasant temperatures. In addition to the fireplace, underfloor heating also guarantees cozy warm feet in winter.

Kitchen Area

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

In addition to the six-burner electric stove and oven with extractor hood, you can use the microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery are sufficiently available and can all be cleaned in the built-in dishwasher. On the shelves you will find, among other things, spices, vinegar and oil.

Next to the built-in refrigerator, there is a large side-by-side refrigerator and freezer with an ice maker, exclusively for you.

The kitchen is equipped with another dining table where you can have breakfast, for example. There is also a small children’s play kitchen with two dining places.

The kitchen is also perfectly located to also eat on the terrace without going far- whether you want to cook on the stove or use the barbecue on the terrace.

Gallery

Located above the living room area is the gallery.

Here you’ll find a desk where you can get some work done – with the best view through the skylight into the countryside.

Via WLAN and the fiber optic connection, you can easily hold an HD video conference while the rest of the family streams videos. A printer is also available and can be used.

In addition to the workspace, there’s also a yoga mat here if you’re ever not drawn to the fitness chalet.

A small game corner for children is also available in the gallery area.

TERRACE

The terrace forms the fluid transition of the villa into the property. Here there is enough space for everyone – together as well as separated.

Spread over the terrace are loungers and other seating. The large outdoor table for 10 people invites you to eat, drink and socialize together.

An authentic charcoal barbecue grill allows you to enjoy culinary activities on the terrace as well.

All front-facing rooms have their own exit onto the terrace, including the two bedrooms.

In summer, the table tennis table can be set up here. A few meters from the terrace, you will find the spacious pool.

Sleeping

Master Bedroom

Upstairs you will find the largest bedroom.

The double bed, at 180x210cm, provides enough space even for tall people to stretch out and find relaxing sleep.

The bedroom has its own separate heat pump and air conditioning to ensure pleasant temperatures all year round.

The large floor-to-ceiling windows provide a fantastic view of the mountains and fields as well as access to the private balcony. Electric shutters allow to completely darken the room.

There is a chest of drawers, a dresser with make-up mirror, a seating area as well as its own music system.

A spacious built-in wardrobe with large mirrors is located just outside the bedroom in the hallway.

Forest bedroom

The first bedroom on the ground floor makes reference to the green hills and forests of the surrounding area. A sustainable and timeless modern wood paneling adorns the green wall as a floor-to-ceiling headboard.

The double bed measures 160x210cm and offers extra space for relaxed sleep even for tall people.

The room does not have its own air conditioning, but it is located in a way that it does not heat up too much in the summer and can be cooled through the living room during the day.

The room has direct access to the terrace and the large glass doors can also be darkened with electric shutters.

A large built-in wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage.

Palm Bedroom

The second bedroom on the ground floor is located at the end of the hallway and exudes a casual flair with its wicker furniture and palm trees backdrop.

As in the adjacent bedroom, the double bed here is also 160x210m in size.

Cooling in the summer can be achieved during the day through open doors to the hallway and living room, although even in hot summers it hardly heats up here.

The room is slightly larger than the neighboring one and has an additional small window facing the inner garden. Of course, it also features a floor-to-ceiling glass door offering direct access to the terrace.

The built-in wardrobe is equally generously dimensioned, even for a longer stay.

The two attic bedrooms

Behind the large bedroom on the upper floor there are two attic bedrooms, one behind the other, each with two single beds.

Since the first of the two rooms is a passage room without its own windows, they are especially suitable for children, who can have their own little kingdom up here.

The two rooms do not have their own air conditioning. However there are fans available and during the day the doors can be left open to invite in the cool from the large air-conditioned bedroom next door.

Bathrooms and Infrastructure

Bathroom upstairs

The bathroom opposite the large bedroom upstairs leaves nothing to be desired.

A double sink and a spacious bathtub are available, as well as an additional shower.

The toilet can be locked separately while a urinal is located next to the bathtub in the bathroom.

Of course, as everywhere, there are sufficient towels and high-quality shower utensils such as shower oil, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in sustainable dispensers, as well as bath salts for the bathtub.

Bathroom downstairs

Generosity also reigns in the bathroom on the ground floor.

The bathroom with a washbasin, shower, toilet and urinal is intended for the guests of the lower two bedrooms.

Here, too, there are enough towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner for free use.

GUEST Restroom

The additional guest toilet is centrally located on the ground floor.

The sink is located just outside the door.

UTILITY ROOM

The private utility room ensures cleanliness and fresh laundry during longer stays.

A large washing machine is available, just like a modern condenser dryer.

Here is also the complete house technology including fiber optic internet connection that supplies the house.

A selection of washing and cleaning utensils can be used at any time.
