The lawn and safety
A regularly mowed lawn makes up the majority of the property. In order not to waste the resource of water unnecessarily, the lawn is not artificially irrigated. Therefore, in the summer the grass can turn a little light, but it recovers quickly towards autumn.
The entire property is secured and fenced. A nice hedge along the quiet access road guarantees privacy. Security is nevertheless provided, hidden behind trees are neighbors in the immediate vicinity. Depending on their age, children can thus also move freely on the property, if the pool is secured.
